pls help me Empty pls help me

I've been playing InfiniteAion since last year til now. And im glad ive searched in google and found this server in Philippines where i lived.

My problem is i cannot connect to authorized server. InfiniteAion is 2.6. No way i can go down to 2.5 in NCSoft. Anyone who knows and can help me how? I wanna play here coz i got 1k+ ms / ping in Infiniteaion. wanna experience a ping below 100 so i wanna try this server.
